I don’t know if anyone else remembers this — I can’t find it on You Tube — but years ago, the (short-lived) comedy show “Fridays” had a similar sketch titled “The Existential Emergency Room” in which all the doctors — instead of treating patients — stood around pontificating on why the patients were ultimately responsible for their own injuries and illnesses. I had no clue what existentialism was at the time but I still thought it was hilarious.
I vaguely remember that Elaine. If I can find it online I will link to it.
If I remember correctly, the emergency room also had NO EXIT
